Guests acknowledge that they have a permanent place of residence, and the use of this accommodation is for holiday purposes only, specifically for the duration of the booking.

I herewith confirm that the above information is correct and I understand and accept the booking conditions laid out below. We encourage you to take a photo of the below to read in the comfort of your room.

  • Checkout is at 10:00am

  • Neighbourgood and/or management shall accept no liability or responsibility for any loss / damage of guest property and / or injury of any persons. 

  • Guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any valuables, including but not limited to jewels, money or any other valuables. 

  • I hereby give Neighbourgood and its employees’ permission to make a photocopy of my ID, Driver’s License or Passport and give permission to store these photocopies in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).  

  • All rooms are strictly non – smoking and smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Any guest found to be smoking in their room may be charged a cleaning fee of R 3000.00. 

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or breakages caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible during their stay. 

  • I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred. I confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard are not waived or released in any such way. 

  • The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises. 

  • Neighbourgood reserve to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules. 

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your original intended length of stay.

  • Neighbourgood reserves the Right Of Admission.
