Welcome to paradise, for digital nomads and everyone in between. Set in the heart of Green Point, Neighbourgood Hill is a completely unique space and offers a modern interpretation of both intentional community and design.

Our 32-suite hotel offers a warm and vibrant feel where you will find a beautiful community of like-minded people from across the world. The furnished private suites have en-suite bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee station. The suites have access to stylishly furnished common spaces including a kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, dishwashers, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven, and cutlery and crockery. A gas braai is available outside.

With its buzzing nightlife, world-class eateries, incredible mountain and ocean views, walkable neighbourhood, Green Point is a hub of activity on Cape Town’s popular Atlantic Seaboard. Green Point is one of the most vibrant and centrally located suburbs within Cape Town and has become very popular due to it’s prime location, located to the North West of the Atlantic Seaboard on the fringe of Signal Hill. Situated in between De Waterkant, Sea Point and the CBD, allows for easy access to the highway, transport routes, public transport and surrounding areas.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
