Introducing Church House: Cape Town's First NGO-focused Co-working Space

A Hub for Sustainability, Innovation, and Community in Cape Town

Cape Town has established itself as the tech capital of South Africa, but what if we could expand its reach to something even more impactful?

With the introduction of a dedicated NGO hub in the city centre, we aim to lay the foundation for making Cape Town the NGO capital of the world. Here, we can create meaningful change with a global community dedicated to doing good.

Situated in the precinct of the iconic St George's Cathedral in the heart of Cape Town, the vision for Church House is to establish a vibrant hub for non-profits and sustainable businesses, promoting collaboration and innovation. The historic space has been reimagined into an inspiring blend of spacious offices, a grand hall repurposed as an incredible venue space for events, exhibitions, and thought-leadership opportunities, and a vibrant co-working hub, purposefully designed for NGO's and sustainable businesses.

Church House is about more than restoring a historic landmark. It’s about creating a home for purpose-driven work—a dynamic space where change-makers can connect, collaborate, and drive meaningful impact.

A SITE OF SIGNIFICANCE

Neighbourgood, centred around community and connection, has the pleasure of introducing our latest project, Church House, in collaboration with Circular Squared, a non-profit championing circular economic thinking, urging aspiring entrepreneurs in retail to adopt regenerative practices.
